The biggest mistake people make when they start their day:

They start on autopilot.

Most people start their day and just go through the motions. But before you know it, the day's over and you've got nothing done.

One of the first things you need to do when starting your day is start with intent.

Set a win for the day.

What's the most important thing you need to do that day?

Welcome to The Kaizen Club newsletter.

Each week we'll be sharing one journalling prompt to help you unlock your potential.

I found this week's prompt in one of Ali Abdaal's YouTube videos.

If you're not aware who Ali is, he's the most followed Productivity YouTuber.

Ali talks about reframing your win for the day as an adventure. He says we should start our day by asking:

What’s today’s adventure?

Ali's example of using this helped to reframe writing his book from being sat at home on his sofa feeling disengaged to going to his local cafe to do his writing. This made the whole task more adventurous.

Reframing our most important task for the day makes it more enjoyable.

Making productivity a byproduct of enjoying your adventure.

Thank you for being a part of The Kaizen Club.

We're dedicated to bringing you 1 journal prompt to help unlock your potential one step at a time.

That's all for this issue.

Stay tuned for more powerful prompts in the upcoming issues of The Kaizen Club newsletter.

Stay Thriving,

Shoaib.
